2. Products & Orders

• Placing an order means you agree to purchase the product for the price listed, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through PayU, our authorized payment gateway partner.

• We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments supported by PayU.

• Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by PayU. Play & Pebble does not store or have access to your card/bank details.

• In case of payment failure, please retry or contact your bank/PayU for assistance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

• Delivery timelines depend on your location (usually 3–7 business days within India).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Once verified, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Play & Pebble shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

• Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising children during play.
