1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Partners
We use Shiprocket, which connects us with leading courier partners across India to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999.
A nomnal shipping fee of ₹100 may apply for COD or smaller orders (displayed at checkout).
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is not available for all pin codes.
Please ensure availability of exact payment amount at the time of delivery.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of significant delays, our support team will keep you informed.
8. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
