At Play & Pebble, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each toy is carefully crafted and checked before shipping. Since our products are specially designed for children, we follow a no return policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
1. Eligibility for Return
We will only accept a return if:
The product received has a genuine manufacturing defect.
The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
You provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect for verification.
2. Return & Verification Process
Contact us at enquiry@playandpebble.com with your order details and proof of defect.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
3. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned product is received and verified:
We may replace the product with a new one, OR
Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
The decision between refund or replacement will be made by our team based on product availability and situation.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We will not accept returns if:
The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear after delivery.
The issue reported is subjective (e.g., difference in color tone, size perception).
The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery.
5. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product reaches us.
